Warranty:
VernerPantonShop.com provides 2 years warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects that should be discovered by normal examination of the goods must be notified VernerPantonShop.com within reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair, replacement or credited if agreed.
The cost of shipment to return goods is paid by the customer.
For business customers we provide a 1-year warranty in accordance with current legislation.

Goods are also to be returned to the above address - please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery. Goods can also be returned by refusing receipt of parcel or by personal delivery. It is not required, but will speed up the process if relevant information is enclosed with the parcel – e.g. copy of order confirmation, bank registration number and account number to which refund are to be made, copy of previous correspondence, etc.
In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid items that are canceled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price will be made. Refund is normally done by bank transfer and VernerPantonShop.com therefore needs information about bank registration number and account number. This information is not sensitive and may be sent by e-mail or other ordinary correspondence.
