Handling of personal data:
Personal data registered on VernerPantonShop.com will not be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored safely and is accessible only to trusted employees of VernerPantonShop.com.
In relation to electronic payment we are using a secure encrypted method through the Webshop System, an approved provider with e-mark accreditation.
The Shop system uses cookies to manage the contents of your shopping basket. A cookie is simply the name of a file stored on your own PC. It is also possible to ask the system to save address information for the next visit. If you wish to delete this information later on, it can be done via your browser settings. In Internet Explorer for example it can be done via the "Tools" menu and menu item "Internet Options".
During a purchase we ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is used solely to process your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in an unencrypted form for 5 years. The actual "contract" (purchase agreement) is not stored in VernerPantonShop.com in a way so that you can log in and view / change status.
In addition, we record the IP address from which a purchase is made. This information is usually not used, but can be used for tracking of false orders.
You can also have your e-mail address included on VernerPantonShop.com’s mailing list in order to receive news and other information from VernerPantonShop.com. You can always subscribe and unsubscribe to this service.
In agreement with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, we will at your request disclose the information registered about you and in case of any objections we will delete information to the extent requested.
